Create my profile now!The Wiltshire Regiment (Duke of Edinburgh's) was formed in 1881 and saw action in the Boer War, WW1 & WW2. The Regiment was amalgamated into the The Duke of Edinburgh's Royal Regiment 'Berkshire and Wiltshire' in 1959. This 1907 pattern bayonet has a nice blued blade, which is stamped on the ricasso ' Crown GR (George Regina) 1907 7/18 ( July 1918) and with a partially visible Sanderson makers name. The reverse is stamped with inspection marks and War Dept arrow. The pommel, crossguard & slab wood grips are undamaged and secure. The pommel is crisply stamped '2/4 Wilts' to the Wiltshire Regiment together with number '453'. The bayonet is complete with original leather scabbard with steel locket & chape. All leather and stitching are undamaged and intact. Price for this Regimentally Marked WW1 dated Bayonet with scabbard includes UK delivery. ED 2124.
