~ 1821 Pattern Victorian Boer War Era Officers Sword Of The Royal Artillery ~
The blade is etched with scrolling arabesques on both sides.
One side the blade is etched with the sword-smiths name ‘White Woolwich’, the British coat of arms and the Royal Artillery cannon and Ubique badge.
The opposite side is etched with the RA standard, ‘Royal Artillery’ inscription and is marked with the proof star.
The grip is made of metal wired black shagreen.
The sword comes with its scabbard.

The blade length is 35 inches (98 cm) and the overall length of the sword is 41 inches (104 cm).
The overall length of the sword in its scabbard is 43 inches (109 cm).
The sword weighs 1.9 Kg.
~ Condition ~
The blade is in excellent condition with no wear but with one minor nick on the blade.
The metal has darkened and the hilt developed some surface rust.
The scabbard developed some rust and loss of chrome.
