With plain round rifled sighted barrel fitted with leaf sights to the rear, plain border engraved lock, stamped with a crown and 'VR' and '1857 TOWER' full stocked in walnut heavily stamped with inspection marks, with brass mounts including butt cap, trigger guard and ramrod pipes, the butt cap is engraved '7 DG 9', fitted with a captive ramrod and stamped with Tower proofs. In good clean conditon, a very good example.
