This is a firearm that could have made an impact on the American Civil War – but arrived just too late. A Rogers and Spencer revolver. To be precise a Euroarms near faithful copy of the Wetsern pistol and some 'holy cannon of a piece'. This is a deactivated .44 calibre example in stunning condition. Weighing in a at 1.25 kilos, it is 14” overall , with a 7-1/2” barrel. It’s a six-shot revolver fitted with a Lothar Walther barrel plus a front sight – a conical brass post on a flat, black base - which is dovetailed into the top barrel flat, allowing for some lateral adjustment. The rear sight consists of a groove along the top strap culminating in a sharp v-notch towards the rear end. Big heavyweight in great shape enhanced by a John Beattie tailor made Slim Jim right hand cross draw holster to a 40" waist. Includes Deact cert. £360 plus £15 p&p by cheque. UK shipping only.
