A Superb Pair of German single barrel percussion target pistols manufactured by Klawitter of HERZBERG, circa 1840-1850. The locks and barrels are inlaid with a small gold panel inlaid with the makers name "Klawwitter - Herzberg". Engraved on the butt cap with the serial number 1 & 2. The pistols in excellent condition retaining most of their original finish. Overall length approx 14.5 inches. Ref 6773.
