Late 19th / Early 20th Century Austrian Fireman's Helmet With Liner, Chin Strap & Number 1 Plate. Sn 10275

An original Austrian Late 19th Century/ Early 20th Century Fireman's Helmet With Liner & Chin Strap. The steel helmet has most of it's original black paint and original red paint headband. It has a brass rim and Lion's head bosses. The top of the helmet has a large combe. The helmet has 2 ventilation holes either side of the combe. The front of the helmet has a number '1' plate secured by wire on the inside of the helmet. The interior of the helmet has it's original green paint and brown leather sweatband liner. It also has it's original leather chinstrap with buckle. It is approx. UK size 6. Price includes UK delivery. Sn 10275
