~ Model 1935 Army Officers Dagger by WKC Solingen ~
A Model 1935 Army Officers Dagger by WKC Solingen. The blade is etched with the makers mark on the ricasso.
The tang of the blade has a small mark consisting of two interlocking rings.
The cross guard is in the form of the German eagle and swastika and is in a silvered metal to match the pommel. The grip is of an orange coloured plastic.
The scabbard is made of silvered iron with two lanyard rings. The surface is decorated with a "dot" pattern with oak leaf detailing on the lanyard ring mounts which match the pommel.
~ Condition ~
This dagger is in very good vintage condition. The blade is clean and sharp. The pommel has retained its silvered finish with minimal wear but the cross guard has lost much of its finish to reveal the brass bass metal underneath.
The scabbard is in good condition with some surface wear but no major damage.

The dagger in its scabbard measures 16 inches (41cm).
The blade measures 10.25 inches (26cm)
The item weighs 350g.
