The pistol comes with its deactivation certificate dated 30/09/2013.
Hämmerli is a Swiss manufacturer of firearms aimed mostly at sport shooting, especially Olympic events governed by the International Shooting Sport Federation
The slide is stamped on the left side “Hammerli International, Lenzburg Switzerland” and on the opposite side “cal.22 short Olympia.
The left side of the frame is stamped with a series of German proof marks and the serial number “12176”.
The magazine is manually etched with the same serial number.

~ The Hammerli Manufacturer ~
The Hämmerli brand dates back to 1863 when Johann Ulrich Hämmerli founded the company to make rifle barrels for the Swiss Army. From then on, Hämmerli was a manufacturer of superior rifle barrels, firearms, and firearm components. In 1950, Hämmerli produced Olympic rifles that were used to win gold medals at the next four Olympics. In 1966, production began on the famous Standard 208 pistol and over the next 40 years, the Hämmerli brand became synonymous with high end, quality competition rifles and pistols.
~ Dimensions ~
The barrel length is 6 inches (15.3 cm) and the overall length of the pistol is 12 inches (30.5 cm).
It weighs 1.14 kg.
~ Condition ~
The pistol is in good used condition. Its bluing is entirely preserved but there is some amount of scratching all over the metal surface, due to usage.
The grips are also scratched but there is no serious damage.
