An excellent example of a WW2 U.S. Navy MK 2 Fighting Knife made by Camillus in its scabbard. The grip is constructed of the correct compressed leather washers with a double pinned steel pommel. It is in clean and undamaged condition. It has a steel crossguard and a 7" parkerised bowie blade. The crossguard is crisply stamped, 'U.S.N. MK 2' and makers details 'CAMILLUS N.Y.'. It is complete with it's original Green Plastic MK 2 Scabbard with integral webbing frog, belt loop and retaining strap with working brass press stud. It is stamped on the front 'USN MK 2'. The rear with the makers mark of 'B.M. Co.' and a Victory Plastics 'VP' stamp together with 'NORD-4723'. The bottom of the scabbard is fitted with a small piece of cord. Price includes UK delivery.
