Manufactured in Liege circa 1840. The 4 screw-off barrels individually numbered 1 to 4. The flash-guard is slightly unusual in that it has an opening cut into the right hand side to place the percussion caps upon the nipples. Action works fine. Very good condition. Overall length approx 9 inches. Ref 7792. A very scarce type.
