This is a superb original Victorian Royal Artillery Officer's Silver Bullion Shoulder Belt Pouch. The cloth and leather pouch are applied with a Regimental device to the flap comprising a bullion and sequin Royal crest above a cannon, within a laurel wreath and surmounting the Regimental motto, the whole with bullion lace border. The pouch has brass belt hangers. It opens as it should to reveal 2 open top pockets and has 2 leather tabs with eyelets and single brass stud fastener. The black felt backing at the rear of the leather pouch has some slight wear consistent with age and service use but all stitching is intact.
