**EXTREMELY RARE, COMPLETE ALL MATCHING NUMBERS INCLUDING 2 MAGAZINES & HOLSTER** WW1 1916 Imperial German Army Officer’s Mauser (DWM Signature) Luger PO8 9mm Parabellum Pistol, Stripping Tool & 1913 Holster By ‘A. Stanienda Berlin’**1997 UK DEACT** - D 1517

**This Firearm is deactivated to one of the pre- 2nd May 2017, UK specifications. We can arrange for this firearm to be brought up to the latest UK/EU specification (customers can purchase on our lay-away scheme. The weapon will then be brought up to the EU specification and the relevant certificate obtained prior to the transfer of ownership and delivery)** This original WW1 set is the most matching we have ever owned, having all matching numbers on the pistol, 2 magazines and even the holster which is extremely rare to find. The excellent, original, WW1 Luger, PO8 9mm parabellum pistol is the standard Imperial German Infantry Officer’s 4” barrel with all. It is complete with its original wood chequered grips which are undamaged. It has clear Imperial German inspection marks and matching serial numbers (2070/70) on all parts including its 2 original magazines. The pistol is dated 1916 and bears the Mauser manufacturer’s DWM signature. Deactivated to UK specification in 1997 the pistol cocks and dry fires. Its two magazines have the correct WW1 era wood butts stamped with matching numbers. The toggles are undamaged with no chips or cracks. The original stripping tool is made of steel, typically it has no manufacturer or date marks. The original leather hard case holster is in excellent condition. Made of dark brown leather cow hide, the holster has an open top magazine pouch on its right aspect. It has a retaining strap with buckle and ‘quick draw’ leather strap with leather toggle. The holster has 2 belt loops to the rear. The inside of the holster has the correct stripping tool pocket with stud and flap cover. The inside of the lid has the impressed makers mark and date ‘A. Stanienda Berlin 1913’. There is also a crisp ink rectangle ‘R.A.G. 1913’ below impressed matching number ‘2070’. There are also other indistinct ink marks which can be seen in the images. The rear of the holster has a lightly period hand etched name which can be seen in the images & appears to be ‘Kulozik’ possibly the German Officer who was issued with this set. The price includes deactivation certificate and UK delivery. D 1517
