Here we have something rare and fascinating, a ritually bent sword.
This was a very common occurrence with almost half of all burial found swords having ritually broken or bent blades.
This iron sword still retains its scabbard in fragmented pieces which is presumably made of copper.
This is an incredible example of history and would be an asset to any collection of antiquities or swords.

The sword is approximately 12 inches (30 cm) long at its longest.
The sword weighs 1.6Kg

The sword is antiquity and is fragile but is in a well looked after shape.
