On Auction : Naval flintlock pistol with Scottish-style system, 18th century, converted to percussion.Scottish-style bronze chest with beautiful chiselling.Walnut wood butt decorated with flowers, mother-of-pearl inlay, naval symbol,small star-shaped hallmarks near the trigger guard at the back.The butt is very shiny; it is not varnish but old-fashioned wax, well maintained and preserved.Faceted barrel with flared mouldings at the muzzleShooting safety at the back of the hammer, cap in perfect condition.100% functional, powerful spring, very good condition for its age.Hardly used.
