The HSE proposes a complete phasing out of lead ammunition
News Dealer & Industry News
Whilst these are rare enough pieces, this revolver has a pleasing copper finish to the round barrel, something I have not seen before.
It is the model carried by the NCO's and Officers of the Italian Army during WW2.
The pistol is new specification, comes with its deactivation certificate dated 2011.
The serial number 'E1303' is stamped on the right side of the frame.
On the opposite side is engraved the model 'Casteli', the production year 1922 and 'Gresci 7'.
Above this is the maker's mark.
The caliber is marked on the barrel along with a proof mark.
~ Dimension ~
The barrel length is 3.5 inches (9 cm) and the overall length of the revolver is 8.5 inches (21.5 cm).

It can be cocked and dry fired.
