This is an original boxed Nazi German Iron Cross First Class. This magnetic version has silvered frame, vaulted, screw back marked with the Nazi production code L58 which is Rudolf Souval Vienna (see page 191 of ‘Parade Medal Bars Of The Third Reich’ by Yanacek). The cross is contained in its original leather covered wooden case with hinged lid and steel press button fastener. The case is lined. The lid lining is marked ‘LDO’.
