A good squared section hilt with well chequered wooden grips and decorated brass pommel. Short brass cross-guard set with a central anchor embossed to each side The curved single edged blade is approx 10.5 inches in length and is engraved with military trophies, flags, drum, pole-arm and crossed cannon barrels. Overall length in scabbard 15.5 inches. The dirk and scabbard showing very little signs of use, all basically in good sound condition.
