What You Need to Know: West Mercia Q&A on Firearms Licensing
News Dealer & Industry News
The gun is in very good mechanical condition, being nice and tight with no play between the barrels and action. The barrels are also in good condition, retaining nearly all the bluing, and are choked quarter and half.
The wood is also in good condition, with no cracks or splits, however the chequering on the for-end is somewhat worn, as can be seen in the pictures. The chequering on the stock itself is in far better condition. The metal work is largely devoid of its original colour hardening with only traces remaining, however the engraving remains clean and crisp, as can be seen in the pictures.
The gun handles wonderfully and is more than capable on both game and clays.
Overall a more than capable and eminently useable gun that could be made even better very easily.
Price includes RFD transfer.
