Description
1917 manufactured in the Amberg factory G98. This gun was then converted by replacing the rear sight with a K98 one and was then designated a G98b. It has the S/42 stamps to the side of the rear sight showing it was converted by the Mauser factory using the pre war code. The metal work has been re blacked and the woodwork is in good condition as is the bore.
