Black leather covered grip with its original brass wire binding. The gilt brass cross-guard bearing Masonic emblems of a crown with sword. Original matching brass mounted steel scabbard. The pommel showing a globe of the world. The blade engraved with the original owners name "FRED W COLE" and "PAXAUT BELLUM" engraved on the scabbard mounts. Blade 30 inches.
