Dating from the time of the Californian Gold Rush. Two piece wooden bag shaped grips held on with a single screw. Steel trigger guard. Decorative engraving to the frame. The octagonal barrel engraved Rish St. Sth, London on top. In good condition. A nice honest piece of American Wild West history and exactly the type of single shot pocket pistol carried and easily hidden by Gamblers and travellers of the time. Approx cal .31.
