A very attractive pair of long silver mounted Flintlock pistols, probably converted to percussion around 1830-1840. Very heavy silver butt-caps, matching silver trigger-guards, forend pipes and sideplates. Silver fore sights. Actions both in excellent working order. Complete with wooden ramrods. The barrels with good clear makers stamps to the breeches. These pistols are very high quality and extremely attractive. Overall length 19 inches. Extremely good condition, the locks are in working order. Probably made in France with Spanish barrels around 1720-1740. Ref 8603. This is an antique weapon and is sold as a collectors item only.
