A late production (2019 I believe) Daystate Huntsman Regal HR bolt-action .177 air rifle with Hawke Frontier SF 4-10x44 scope. In my opinion one of Daystate’s best, cleanest creations, this has been fantastic for offhand target shooting but would also be wonderful for hunting and field target. It’s shooting beautifully with no issues. This is the superior Huma regulated version of this classic rifle, offering very consistent performance throughout its operating pressure range. It’s been hard for me to make the decision to sell this, but I’m just not getting to the range now, what with a growing toddler to parent.
The beautiful, Minelli walnut stock is in lovely condition. I’ve only ever used this for indoor target shooting, so it’s in near-mint condition (see images). The rifle is fitted with a Hawke Frontier SF 4-20x44 scope—optically superior to the more commonly seen Sidewinders, the Frontier series is top of Hawke’s range and compares well to far more expensive optics from the likes of Leica or Swarovski. This scope cost me £480 new and was worth every penny. This listing is for my complete setup, and includes the following:
Daystate Huntsman Regal HR air rifle, .177, 12ftlb
Hawke Frontier SF 4-20x44 scope, boxed with sunshade
Hawke target mounts
Daystate 10rd magazine (old type which originally came with the rifle)
Daystate 13rd magazine (new type – works perfectly)
Fill probes as pictured
Upgrade to a solid brass trigger guard (pictured)
Original plastic trigger guard (this rifle’s only weak point IMO, which is why I upgraded it)
Weihrauch suppressor (fitted, pictured)
Threaded muzzle cap (for if suppressor isn’t fitted)
2 tins of .177 Diablo Field pellets, 1 unopened, 1 half full (this rifle’s favourite food in my experience, though it isn’t very pellet-fussy).
1 tin.177 H&N Barracuda FT pellets, nearly full
Rifle case (pictured)
I COULD ship this, but I’d prefer collection if possible—I’m London-based and very flexible. Shipping all this would be costly and potentially risky!
