This is a rare inert German 30mm MK 103 (30x184B) HEI (High Explosive Incendiary) (M geschloss) aircraft cannon round fitted to a few later German aircraft during WW2, including the Me262, HS128B-, and the FW190A / F models. This round retains most of its original finish. The steel cartridge case retains most of its original brass washed finish, is electric primed and is headstamped 44 . The high explosive incendiary projectile is a steel high capacity Meinengeschloss (M geschloss) type with a copper driving band and retains most of its light green (high explosive) and darker green ring (incendiary) near the zz1589 alloy nose fuse which is stamped zz1589B253exw 44 . The projectile is stencilled in black M over exw 1 45 over M/ exw468/44 . The projectile has a small stress crack below the nose fuse. Price includes UK delivery. Sn 11061:24
