Create my profile now!A German Fighting/Trench Knife in the form used by German troops in WW1. The knife has a clean 6” blade with medial ridge & leather hilt washer. It measures 10 ¾” overall. The blade is crisply marked "Gottleib Hammesfahr Solingen Foche" on one side and has a small Imperial Crown Inspection mark on the reverse. The grips are wooden with typical nine diagonally carved grooves. The grips are secured with 2 rivets. It is complete with its unusual metal scabbard painted black which has a slotted spine to the rear possibly for carrying a sharpening accessory. The price includes UK delivery. Sn 14266
