The Siamese Type 66 rifle is an export model of the Japanese Type 38 rifle ordered in 1923 and built in the Koishikawa arsenal. These rounds are made by Kynoch and are contained in a brown cardboard box with a Kynoch label saying 50 Kynoch 8mm Siamese cartridges, nitro cellulose powder, service bullet 180 grains. The cartridges are headstamped K68 8MMS with a purple primer annulus.
