INERT DEACTIVATED. The Yugoslavian M38 was an offensive grenade made of thin sheet steel. During WW2 this grenade was also used by the German army, who called it "handgranate 304 (j)". This is an excellent original example of the M38 offensive grenade. It has the correct thin sheet metal hollow casing and has its original fuse and brass screw cap which is marked with ‘M34’ designation, direction arrow indicator and ‘6/40’ date (June 1940).
