**INERT**DEACTIVATED** This is a rare to find WW2 German Luftwaffe Splitterbombe SD-10C Air Dropped Bomb. These bombs were filled with Fp 60/40 explosive filling & equipped with eAZ (66) super fast impact fuses. They were jettisoned from air dropped containers against living and unarmoured targets such as parked aircraft (see page 146 of the book German Air dropped Weapons to 1945 by Fleischer). The bomb including fins measures 21 ¾” length and has even patina. It weighs 6.570 Kg. The hollow casing has the correct ribbed segmentation to create maximum shrapnel on detonation. It has its original removable fuse holder collar & detonator with wind wheel. There are no visible manufacturer or date marks on the bomb. The price includes UK delivery. Sn 17434
