INERT DEACTIVATED. This is an original German SC-50 Spliterbombe aerial bomb that originally weighed 54 Kg wth its explosive filling. The bombs dimensions are 200mm in body diameter and 1110mm in length The bomb is in good condition and is fitted with its AZ 25 B 25 (within a circle) B edr 41 (1941 date) 29d waffenampt 57. The fuse is fitted with a screw in steel gaine and is held in the side fuse pocket by a screwed collar. The bomb is fitted with its original bomb shackel. The bomb also has its original pressed steel fins which were originally held onto the bomb by screws. See page 54 ad 150, German Air Dropped Weapons to 1945 by Wolfgang Fleischer.
