This box contains 15 rounds of copper washed steel cased German "Patronen s.S." stands for Patronen Schweres Spitzgeschoss or a cartridge with a heavy pointed bullet ,198gr , FMJ and are headstamped P490 )xxvw1 10 40 (1940 date). The bullets have a copper jacket. The stripper clips are of steel. The cardboard packet has a white paper identification label on it overprinted with i.L. in red letters( i.L." overprinted in red on label "In Ladenstreifen ": indicates that the cartridges are packed in stripper clips) .
