Royal Ordnance STEN Submachine Guns

A complete set of STEN SMG parts excluding the receiver tube breach block and barrel-I do not supply pressure bearing parts IE bolts, barrels or receivers as these would be restricted if live and vary in design for blank firing models and replicas.

If you are constructing a replica please ensure that you comply with both the Firearms Act 1982 and the VCR 2006 copies can be supplied if required

The kits consist of

1.) A full set unissued Stens springs consisting of mainspring with safety collar, Magazine housing spring, magazine catch spring trigger spring and the wire form fire selector spring.

2.) Sten trigger group complete and in excellent condition consisting of : 1) The trigger, 2) trigger spring, 3) disconnector trip, 4) disconnector spring, 5) disconector pin, 6) sear, 7) sear pivot pin, 8) fire selector 9) fire selector split pin and 10 )assembly staple.

3.) Charging handle for Sten Submachine gun suitable for Mk II Mk III and Mk 5

4.) This is a trigger group cover for a Sten Mk 5 it will also fit the MkII and MIII and was issued for all. These covers are often lost or damaged and the bulk were shipped to the States with parts kits where the Mk5 is very popular

5.) Sten extractor assembly suitable for all Mks of Sten consisting of the extractor, pivot pin and spring

6.) The barrel nut and shroud this is the male barrel fixing that holds the barrel in place suitable for both the MkII and the Mk5 but the configuration of three lines of three holes at 120 degrees is normally associated with the Mk II

7.) The female of the barrel nut is located in the tube and welded in place this component is common to the Sten Mk II and Mk5

9.) Rear sight ring these slide over the receiver tube and are welded in place often damaged in removal these are in good general condition

10.) Magazine Housings assembly complete in the white with magazine catch magazine catch spring ,retainer screw and star washer. The locating pin, spring split pin and barrel shroud pawl

11.) The trigger group housing supplied fully welded ready to mount on the STEN receiver tube

12.) Heavy duty mainspring retaining cup these are CNC for the US market and can be used without the retaining ring if required (recommended for blank firing applications )

13.) Traditional Main Spring cup retaining ring
