Pedersoli Charleville 1776 .69 Muzzleloader

Up for sale is my Pedersoli 1766 Charleville Flintlock Muzzle Loading Musket 69cal. This a section two Shotgun.

This is the very best in reproduction weapons made by Italian company PEDERSOLI, not your cheap poorly made, unreliable Indian copies. Pedersoli spares for this weapon ready available online if needed, directly from Pedersoli in Italy.
The original weapon was introduced in France at the end of the Seven Year War to replace heavier muskets while retaining strength and reliability. The 1766 Charleville would later be shipped to the United States of America and used in the American War of Independance. The Charleville was used by France and many other nations during the Napoleonic wars,some were still found to be in action during the American Civil War. Features include a polished steel 113.6cm (44 3/4) barrel and walnut stock.

Overall length: 152.4cm (60). Weight: 4.3kg (9 1/2 lbs) approx. .69 cal.

This weapon was purchased a number of years ago for use at Waterloo 200 however the weapon never made it there, and as such is un fired as you can see from the photos. There are a number of storage and tarnish marks on the weapon due to years of storage, I have tried to capture these in the photos of them that it is in superb condition, these are now retailing at Henry Kranks for over £1300 and this one comes with PEDERSOLI bayonet.
