#### Reduced by £887 off price paid for Easter Weekend ##### A Genuine Bargain not to be missed #####
This is a really nice, collector grade Winchester 1886 Rifle, which due to my current ill health circumstances I’m having to sell at a £887 loss on what I paid for it.
So it’s now reduced to £2750 which is a “ steal “ really as I paid £3387 for the rifle itself, the Inert shells / Winchester Factory letter / old UMC cartridge box ( worth over £100 itself ) and quality set of wall mounts cost me over £250 on top.
So all in that a discount of £887. That’s for this weekend as my circumstances now mean I have limited time to liquidate what’s left of my collection which is now just three Revolvers and a Winchester 1886 Rifle, all of which must go.
I bought the Rifle for from Wallis and Wallis auctions 5th Dec 2024 for £3387 it was lot 334 and their listing was :
Description : .40-82 W.C.F. Winchester Model 1886 full tube magazine rifle, 44½" overall, octagonal barrel 26" with ratchet rearsight, number 113225 (1897), with plain walnut stock. GWO & Generally clean condition. £2500-3000
I’m now selling the overall package at £660 less than I paid for it, the Vintage UMC Cartridge box sourced from the USA, inert rounds, Winchester Factory letter and Quality set of Wooden Wall mounts cost approx £270 all in so your getting them thrown in.
I Will include the original invoice for the Rifle from Wallis and Wallis with the Sale. Give me a call or message if your interested, genuine reason for sale.
The Rifle is a really nice example of the 40-82 W.C.F. Winchester Model 1886 full tube magazine sporting rifle, 44½" overall, octagonal barrel 26" with ratchet rear sight. Serial number 113225, dates to 1897.
It’s in great untouched condition with a nice patina and original finish walnut stock. This rifle is in excellent full working order and is a clean example in original condition, it has pronounced rifling with a good bore condition.
