A Belgian 6 shot double action 10 mm antique pin-fire revolver with wooden grips and iron trigger guard. Circa 1862-1865. The two piece wooden grips secured with a central screw. Liege proof marks on cylinder. The 4 inch octagonal barrel also stamped with Liege proof marks. The frame is marked with a proof mark and the serial number 1. Ejector rod fixed to one side of the frame. The action in good working condition. In good but well used condition. This type of pin-fire revolver is known to have been carried by soldiers of the Confederacy during the U.S. Civil War 1861-1865. Overall length 8.5 inches. Ref 1559.
