Round barrel with a fixed ejector rod mounted to the side. Dark metal finish. The two piece bag shaped grips secured with one central screw. Side mounted ejector rod. Drop-down loading gate and folding trigger. Approx 7.5mm calibre. Two proof marks stamped on the rear of the cylinder. In good working order showing some little sign of use. Action is in excellent working condition. A very rare pistol. Ref 1853. These multi-shot pinfire revolvers are known to have been carried during the U.S. Civil war Circa.1861-1865.
