The 33 inch blade is in very good condition and is very wide at the forte with the lettering running down each side of the blade ''GIO. KNEGT'' The other side of blade engraved ''IN SOLINGEN'' . Overall length 38 inches. The grip of stag-horn. A good honest untouched piece with a nice overall patina. The Battle of Culloden was the final confrontation of the Jacobite rising of 1745/46.
