Probably converted to percussion circa 1840-1845. Brass butt-cap, trigger-guard, side-plate and fore-end cap. The 9 inch steel barrel engraved on top with 12. B.13. The side-plate marked 12. A. R. C. A.1. B. 7. This is a standard .70 calibre military flintlock pistol that would have been carried during the time of the Napoleonic wars prior to it being converted to the percussion system. Overall length 15 inches. Action in working order. Some minor dings and scratches to the woodwork, otherwise in good condition. Ref 2337.
