A scarce American REMINGTON Antique obsolete 5 shot .38 calibre Rimfire Revolver circa 1875-1879. The 2.5 inch barrel engraved on top with the name E. REMINGTON & SONS ILION N.Y. Chequered grips. The nickel plated frame showing signs of use and some wear, with patches of staining to the cylinder. Action in good working order. Overall length is 6.5 inches. Ref 2689.
