A rare very long Greek or Balkan flintlock pistol with superb embossed silver decoration overall. Circa 1810-1830. Highly decorated silver barrel band, full silver stock with fine silver embossed decoration along the fore end. Trigger guard with matching silver decoration. Rat tail butt. The flint lock-plate is engraved with the name ROSSI. Barrel length 13.5 inches. Overall length 22 inches. Good working order and in superb condition showing silver decoration at its finest.
