The solid brass hilt fitted with a D shaped knuckle-bow and the grip embossed with ribbed decoration. Blade is 23 inches in length and is engraved with a grenade and the word GRENADIERS (inscription unclear). A very unusual sword. Some pitting to the blade, otherwise in good condition.
