Straight turned cross-guard with solid rounded finials. The blade of heavy diamond section approx 15 inches long with chisselling at the forte for decoration. The blade forte also with a thumb ring indentation and two blade catchers at the sides. Iron sail-shaped guard inset to the front with domed iron rivets. Large iron pommel with incised decoration. Grip wire is complete. Showing some signs of genuine use and wear otherwise in very good condition. Length 20 inches overall. This dagger has a most wonderful feel to it when held in the hand.
