Possibly for presentation to an eastern dignitary. The hilt and matching brass scabbard inlaid with various coloured stones (some now missing). The crossguard also inlaid with stones and with 2 Lions head terminals. Ref 6104. Overall length is 36 inches. This is an extremely unusual sword and we understand that it is an old copy of a royal sword in the Tower of London.
