Brass trigger guard, butt-cap, side-plate and forend cap. 13.5 inch steel rifled barrel. Overall length 19 inches. A very nice example of a French made military Flintlock pistol of the type similar to those carried during the Napoleonic wars and during the famous Peninsular campaigns where the French forces commanded by Napoleon fought against the British forces under the command of The Duke of Wellington.
