A WW2 M24 Ubung Practice Stick Grenade manufacturerd by Richard Rinker.
The heavy steel reusable head is in good condition retaining a substantial amount of its original red paint which denoted it was a practice grenade.
The holes were to allow the smoke from the flash bang to disperse once it had been thrown.
The head is stamped 44 brb which was a Richard Rinker code used in 1944. The letters brb were used between 1941 to 1944.
Both the thread on the head us good and tightens up nicely.
The stick which was manufacturered in 1938 again by Richard Rinker is stamped RR1938. There are also 2 Waffen eagles above and below the date/manufacturer stamp.
The base cap is slightly out of shape but screws onto the base collar tightly.
Overall in very good condition.
Check photos for condition and detail.
