Original WW2 1930 Dated USAAF Other Ranks Peaked Cap Size 7 5/8". Sn 13260 - 13260

An original WW2 1930 dated USAAF Other Ranks peaked cap size 7 5/8". It is made from a fine khaki material and is in very good clean condition. It has a stiffened crown and body. It has a brown leather peak and chinstrap secured by gilt USAAF eagle buttons either side. On the front it has an original gilt American Eagle disc badge secured on the inside with a brass screw disc. Inside it is lined with a fine tan cotton lining. The cap has a brown leather sweatband with a size label "7 5/8". Inside the sweatband it is stamped with the date “Nov 5th 1930” “Phila Depot. BF. Brown”. This is a very nice clean, undamaged example of the other ranks USAAF peaked cap. The price includes UK delivery. Sn 13260
