Weihrauch HW35 .22 Air Rifles

22 Weihrauch HW35. This is one very sorted gun I call it the sleeper as it has surprised and out shot a lot of more expensive guns, and has taken more rabbits and vermin than I can remember.

In short I’m thinning my springer collection due to age and health reasons.

Here’s a guide of what I’ve done to this rifle all recently. complete re blue - looking very nice and took me a long time to get the desired finish.

Internally de burred and lightly polished, cylinder was professionally honed and a custom air seals replacement piston head was fitted and machined to match the cylinder, a molybdenum impregnated piston seal was sized and fitted. Titan mainspring was fitted and shortened, longer stainless steel spring guide was fitted (this will not break unlike the plastic drop in kits available) now firing at a constant 11.00 ft lbs with H&N FTT pellets.)Barrel was shortened and cocking aid fitted to the barrel. Upgraded breach seal, gun was reassembled with minimal very high quantity molybdenum grease.

The trigger unit has been completely rebuilt with new springs, trigger blade and polished sears and new metal housing casing.

I upgraded the cocking arm and associated pins with the new delrin insert one. This stops the infamous “HW35 clack” a very annoying clicking noise when the gun is cocked that could notify potential quarry of your presence in the field I still have the original one which will be included.

Comes with a very good quantity kassnar fixed 6 x40 scope. Quality Japanese glass and very clear optics, and I’m my opinion far better than modern Chinese crap. Scope is attached with Hawk twin screw mounts.

Quality sling mounts are fitted.

This is an older model from around 1977, A time when Weihrauch actually hand built their rifles and quality control was paramount.

I’ve owned this rifle for a long time, and it’s equally happy on the range or in the field. Any serious questions please get in touch. But please be aware that the gun is about 45 years old so it has the occasional mark but nothing serious. Just a seriously sorted rifle.
