Stunning example of this classic, some would say the best, springer. Bought only last summer, it is in fantastic condition- has always been used off my bench under cover. It has a CS800 walnut stock, was tuned by Tony Hall at Sandwell Field Sports (last December, chronoed at 11.3), a fully set back Rowan trigger, Hawke SF30 3-12x50 AMX IR scope on a Sportsmatch one piece. The stock screws have been replaced with buffed hex-drive countersunk machine screws in solid brass cups, the pistol grip shoe is removeable in case it needs replacing. The blueing is fantastic. A lot of money has been spent to make this special. The firing cycle is a joy, the recoil neglible. The cocking mechanism sounds like a softly closing Rolls Royce door. Unfortunately, I can't heft it due to a chronic shoulder injury, and I have to sell it. I'm using a light HW95 instead. If you are a serious buyer, I'd invite you to come and shoot to satisfy yourself it is truly a special gun. It really is a beauty, and I'll be sad to let it go.
