The case with hinged lid has its original lock (key absent). The top of the lid has a void brass shield inlaid. The interior of the case is lined in blue felt and has compartments contoured to snugly fit the pistols and their accessories which include a copper and brass powder flask which has 2 internal tubes with hinged brass covers to hold moulded balls, a steel bullet mould marked, 2 screw top antique ivory pots, a number of moulded lead balls, a white metal oil bottle with screw top lid and applicator, 2 steel tools with ebony handles, a cleaning rod with ebony ball handle and screw off metal attachment & a spare nipple.
