Winchester Model 1892 Lever Action .38 Rifles

An excellent example of the Winchester 1892 sporting rifle in beautiful condition. The rifle is chambered in the .38-40/.38WCF cartridge and is a phenomenal shooter, with a flawless barrel. The rifling is immaculate and it has obviously not seen much use in its life.

The rifle is fitted with a vintage Lyman receiver mounted sight, making for a very accurate and easy to shoot package.

The rifle is mechanically perfect and functions flawlessly.

The rifle retains virtually all the bluing on the barrel with finish on the action fading to a nice patina. All the markings are still clean and crisp. The woodwork is in very good condition for its age, with a few dents and dings to be expected for a rifle of this vintage.

Overall a very desirable, shootable and collectible rifle in excellent condition.
