The Air Gunner's and Flight Engineer's badge (German: Fliegerschützenabzeichen für Bordschützen und Bordmechaniker) was a German military decoration awarded to air gunners, mechanics (flight engineers) or aircrew meteorologists who were members of the German Air Force (Luftwaffe) after they completed two months training or had taken part in at least five operational flights.
The badge depicts a flying eagle inside a gilt wash wreath with a swastika on the lower edge. The reverse of the eagle is stamped “JMME”, it has a thin pin clasp.

The badge has a width of 1.5 inches (3.8 cm), and a height of 2 inches (5.1 cm). It weighs 23.2 g.
~ Condition ~
The badge is in excellent condition, bar some loss to the gilt wash. The clasp works well.
